DIGITAL ARTS, FILM & TELEVISION (DAFT) is a non-profit educational organization that has been providing services to its members and the state of Michigan for 45 years. Our primary mission is to promote media literacy through the creative use of film and video. DAFT does this by conducting festivals, workshops, and conferences for students and teachers and by developing networks amongst students and media professionals. DAFT was honored in 2006 with a Governor's Art Award as an outstanding small arts organization. Visit daftonline.org

ASSISTANCE LEAGUE ® celebrates the power of the volunteer to evoke positive change. The Southeastern Michigan chapter is an all-member volunteer group of diverse and talented individuals focusing on philanthropic programs that carry on our mission to improve the quality of life in our communities. Year-round, through philanthropic programs, members provide comfort and care with clothing, food, tutoring, supplies and personal care kits to thousands of people in need.

FRIENDS OF DETROIT FILM THEATRE is an auxiliary of the Detroit Institute of Arts, dedicated to cultivating awareness, appreciation, understanding and knowledge of the cinematic medium and its history. Through FDFT activities, council members help to support the Detroit Film Theatre series, the DIA's collection of film, video and related materials, and the preservation of the Detroit Institute of Arts Auditorium.
