Extra Festival Trophy Payment Form

Please use the link below to order extra trophies for Best of Show recipients. Trophies will be available for pickup at the festival if credit card/Paypal payment is made by April 17, 2025.

IMPORTANT:

• Best of Show selections will automatically receive one free trophy
• Trophies are available only to films that were recognized as Best of Show and are screened at the Festival.
• Teachers were sent lists of all entries and their award-levels. (Best of Show, Excellence, Honor and Merit)

OPTIONS: 

Extra Trophy Pickup At the Festival--Credit Card/Paypal Only by April 17th: 

• Payment via the link must be received by Paypal/Credit card by 4/17/25 to guarantee extra trophies are available for pickup.

Later Delivery of Extra Trophies--payment due by April 28th: 

For Royal Oak pickup or mailing of additional trophies, payment options are

• Cash on site at the festival
• Check received by DAFT by April 28th (via US Mail or at the festival)
  • DAFT PO Box 1443  Royal Oak, MI  48068 - Please include "Trophy Order" in the check's memo
• Credit card via the link below by April 28th

Pick up of date of extra trophies is anticipated to be in late May/early June either in Royal Oak or we can mail them to you.

• We'll follow up with a quick link for additional $7 in shipping costs if paying by Paypal/Credit Card.
